He is precious, but was given to the SPCA when his family moved to smaller housing and couldn't take him along. To make matters worse, the staff thinks he was mistreated in the past. Poor Oreo shouldn't have to pay for people problems. The SPCA says the shelter is stressing him out a bit, and that he'd do well as an only dog, where his sweet personality can shine.
