Now, getting an "A" has nothing to do with a grade--it means that I get a publication in a top tier management journal. A's are essential for doctoral students on the job market and play a significant role in tenure decisions. (Some schools require approximately an A a year.)
My article with Peter and Loriann was accepted by the Journal of Applied Psychology, an A journal, last year, but it just came out, and to top it off, it's the first article in the first issue of Volume 93. I'm so excited!
In other news, one of my students told me today, "You are a lefty!" What a compliment!
